We're really excited to announce that next years training camp will be in Denia in southern Spain. It's an area popular with many pro teams including BMC and AG2R and renowned for its great weather and varied riding. On top of that we have secured a really lovely hotel to host our group.
We are finalising a few bits and bobs but hope to open the booking up early November.
As a reminder the dates are 22 March - 1 April. There are also options for 3 and 10 night trips.
We will put an update on the forum when everything is ready to go!
Cheers
Maria

It sounds great. Just wondering, do people ever bring (non-cycling) partners/spouses with them to the training camps?

In which case I shall start preparing my "why you should come on a cycling holiday with me" speech...

No, no, you're doing it all wrong it's "I'm going to Spain for a week with friends, staying in a top hotel (and I mean top hotel). I'm going to do a spot of cycling when I'm there but maybe you can relax by the pool while I do that?".

Is this hotel big enough for all the non cyclist spouses that'll want to come along now..?!

It's a very big, and rather special, hotel.

I tried Hayley's approach and was met with the response... "I saw the photo of all the wet shoes by the fireplace - do you really think I want to spend a week with a bunch of smelly cyclists!"

Oh that was merely a romantic interlude in our otherwise fair weather week... This hotel has LOTS of facilities so even if there were rain the worst that could happen is that your partner would be forced to book themselves a massage. As we all know there's only a 10% chance of rain... Perhaps I could pimp out my training camp persuading services?

As we all know there's only a 10% chance of rain... Isn't it, "there's only 4 days of rain per month" - and we somehow got all of them!!
