As discussed yesterday there will be an end of season debrief on Thursday 2nd March.
The evening will start with the final lecture in the series titled 'The Optimum Diet for Cyclo Cross Athletes' followed by a tasting session of free samples of energy product.
During the tasting you will be sitting the end of term verbal exam which will be followed by prize giving.
The lecture starts at 7.30 pm, either in the Paxton Conference Centre in Gypsy Hill or the Assembly Rooms in the Tulse Hill Hotel Campus. (venue to be confirmed)
All are welcome.

Findus award for Equestrian relations
Beekeeping awards for Fastest uncontrolled dismount Fastest cornering Best tree hugging
Rear Mech of Year Award Cross Country Runner of the Season.

The lecture 'The Optimum Diet for Cyclo Cross Athletes' and oral exams will start at 7.30 pm on the 2nd March in the assembly hall of the Tulse Hill Hotel Campus, 150 Norwood Rd, Lambeth, London SE24 9AY.
Prize giving will follow the oral exam.

Outstanding Lecture and nutritional discussion tonight Charlie. I think we all all came away better informed on important topics (even if those topics were Dave's Duvet designs, CX tread patterns, and whether or not fish have testicles..) The awards were well earnt by the recipients: And yes, there really was an exam!
