I notice this session will be led by Huw. Will it be the same as the women's winter race training that Alice organised? I went to these sessions so wondering if it's worth going to this as well.

Some more details on this session:

A final training session to launch your season and a meet and greet for all league members, this session is a final tune-up ahead of the 2017 season. You've done the training and maybe attended our previous race-training or TT sessions, so this is a chance to practice your skills one more time ahead of the season proper.

The circuit will be split into two areas where we'll sharpen up on technical drills like cornering and group riding, individual and team time trial drills, sprint lead-outs and coach led race scenarios.

Hope to see some Paragons there.
