...the man shovelling up mud and chucking it across Cudham Lane without checking if anyone's coming has to take the plain chocolate hobnob. I find a chestful of mud quite off-putting on a 25mph+ descent.  |

There is an angry Cudham lane resident who hates cyclists. I wonder if that is the muck spreader. He got in trouble with the police for driving his volvo in a dangerous manner

I think you'll find that rather than being a "thoughtless moron", the man in question was actually a skilled Flandrian artisan - who had been employed by a well known premium clothing brand to provide riders an "epic weathered classic winter riding look" that could be captured by a waiting professional photographer in the next hedgerow in moody black & white, available to download from their website for £60 (complete with exclusive branded watermark) to use as a Strava profile picture..  |
