I know we should all aim to have our feet on pedals as much as possible, but I am guilty (and Strava tells me that far more of you than you'd like to admit are also guilty) of partaking in that alternative exercise called running.
I run on Thursday lunch times with a fantastic run club led by a lady called Tanya who does interval sessions. These sessions have seen me smash my race times and have really improved my fitness.
The sessions start in Borough, but the warm up is the run over there (so from my office a mile).
I attach a leaflet if you are interested in coming along.

Sadly I’m a little too far away (Holborn) to make it in a lunchtime because this looks fab!

I'm about 2 minutes walk from there... and don't do any riding on a Thursday... give me a couple of days and I will have come up with a reason why it doesn't work for me!

Same here, just round the corner. Trouble is I don't / can't run.... I fear those runners look pretty good! Do you ever get beginners along?

Yes! Intervals work perfectly for all levels as you take it to your own level. It's a hard and quick workout - I'd never have the motivation to push myself that much on my own. Once you start Kathryn, dipping your toe in triathlon is far too tempting

Ooh we spoke about this before & interested - but doubt I could get there and back in a suitably short time.... will check tho (also not been near trainers for months, oops!) Does she do any other sessions?

The other sessions are Hampstead way so only Thursdays suit us south of the river folk. First session is free so nothing to lose in giving it a try

Oh I shall look into this... need to get the practice in for when I need to run fast away from capture.
I am away quite a bit in November so will see what can fit in!
