I have recently been working with Cooper's Bakehouse in Brockley, and we are looking to recruit some new cyclists for bread deliveries in the local area. We deliver 80% of all our bread by bicycle. At the core of this service is a team of fit and well organised cyclists who keep local homes, shops and cafes supplied in all weathers.
You'll be riding your regular road/hybrid bike hooked up to a trailer - its a great design, very easy to attach and works for most bikes.
Cyclists start at 8.30am on weekdays and take turns with the 6am Saturday shift. The role will probably suit you if you have another part time role later in the day or you're studying. Most of the cyclists do 5-15 hours a week and it's pretty flexible.
We are recruiting cyclists for an immediate start in June 2018. We pay the London Living Wage plus holiday pay.
You must be a keen cyclist with a bike in good working order, happy to wear a helmet and be fully self sufficient when out on the road.
So if you are interested in being involved with this awesome local business, and earning some extra cash whilst riding your bike, more info and how to apply is here:
