If you're thinking about that special cycling trip for 2019, then you might be interested in our Taiwan two week tour between 10 and 24 November 2019. We often think of Taiwan as just a manufacturing centre, but it's so much more! It's a magical place, a wonderful mix of ultra modern and ancient cultures, wild forested mountains and super smooth lightly trafficked roads. Our two week tour takes us away from the manufacturing side and into Taiwan's little known and wonderful culture and wilderness. We have the opportunity to cycle the famous Taroko Gorge Taiwan KOM ascent, not once, but twice and from two sides! Two of the longest road climbs in the world are obviously rewarded by two of the longest descents in the world and when we add temples, natural hot water bathing springs, beaches and one of the world's best cuisines, you have a road bike trip of a lifetime. Our Dulwich Paragon trip to Taiwan is open to all DP members, friends and family. It is fully supported by Pedal Taiwan (www.pedaltaiwan.com) for the third year in succession, to give you the confidence that your every need is catered for and you have the greatest time on your bike. The trip will cost £1899 for two weeks (excluding flights) in shared (twin or double) accommodation in excellent hotels. I have attached the Taiwan tour itinerary and a video of our 2017 trip made by Dulwich Paragon member, Terry Wilson, can be found here: vimeo.com/237650896 Attachment DeletedIf you would like more information, please get in touch with me (Gary MacGowan) at garymacgowan@hotmail.co.uk or 07979 598060, or Rob Hodkinson at Pedal Taiwan - rob@pedaltaiwan.com As always, Dulwich paragon pushing the boundaries of where we can ride our road bikes! Best Gary

I have to say this was simply one of the most enjoyable and best organised trips I have ever done. Alex and I went in 2018. We were mostly in the mountains in Taiwan which are very beautiful and can be very challenging, though we always had the backup van available. The food and sensations are different from anywhere else. We loved it all. Even the ubiquitous 7-eleven
