Unfortunately I punctured on the club run this Saturday and when changing the tube noticed that the braking surface on my rear wheel is badly worn. The wheel has gone to Pete to be repaired or replaced but in the meantime does anyone have an old wheel lurking around that they don't need and would be prepared to part with for a fairly small amount of cash?
Thanks,
Ian

Thanks, Ian Hi Ian Think I have an old fulcrum (basic model I forget the number). I’d only recommend if you don’t get any other offer though as it’s been around the block(!). I’ll confirm it’s condition tonight & pm you. Tim

Hi Joe, I punctured on the beckenham roundabout, was hoping it would be a quick fix and I'd catch you up. Sadly not to be but the rim is so worn out it's probably a good thing that I didn't get further into the ride.
Tim, as long as the wheel spins (fairly) straight and there is a bit of life left in the braking surface I'm interested, it only needs to get me about until I can sort out a repair or replacement for the damaged one.
Thanks,
Ian
