From all eight Royal Parks (inc. Richmond, Regent's and Hyde Park/s) This is fantastic news but it will need a lot of support in the face of expected adverse reaction. How can we help? See the appeal from LCC below... Dear rider,
We’re asking all our members to use just two minutes to support the London Cycling Campaign and The Royal Parks in a vitally important consultation today.
The Royal Parks, following extensive campaigning, are proposing as one of seven new “movement” principles to: “discourage the through-movement of commuting motor vehicles in our parks”. This would mean no ratrunners, no aggressive close passes, no long queues of motor vehicles polluting the park. It would return Park (and seven other iconic green spaces across London) to the people – for kids playing, people walking and yes, us folks cycling.
LCC has set up a quick response page here bit.ly/2Ilxmpe so you can respond in two minutes, and covers extra stuff you might want to say about protecting cyclists from cobbled speed humps etc.
Thanks,

Done. How exciting. Imagine our parks with no rat running speeding scumbags smogging up the joint.

It really would be a step-change! I've shared with my local community group.
