Hale Oak road then up Bayleys has to be one of my favourite bits of road. Lovely quiet lane with a proper climb at the end.

Church Hill - everyone seems to take all the adjacent roads of Cudham or the descent to Downe but not that one. I like to head south of Penshurt Place too. In Spain, too many to choose from. This one probably brings about the most smiles. With a tailwind it's like doing a 50km descent. www.strava.com/routes/23409354

fav routes - must be either Pilgrims beyond Wrotham, fast riding with views across the Medway Valley, closer to home - the bridleway from Snag lane to Green St Green, it also has bluebells.
