Who can make it next Saturday for a spot of Cyclo-Cross training on Mitcham Common? Meet at 10am outside the Dulwich Picture Gallery? I plan to do something similar the week after for the day before the race but obviously fo rthat one we'll be taking it a bit easier.
It would be good if the riders doing the team Champs could come along, the aim of the session would be to work of some techniques to help us all improve our weaknesses. These include getting on and off the bike quickly, how to carry the bike. Handling technical stuff: steep banks, off camber section etc and anything that anyone else wants to work on. MItcham Common has a vast array of different terrain perfectly suited to cyclo-cross.

Can't make this one I'm afraid, Kevin. Great idea though - maybe something for Delia and Sarah if they're free.

I'd like to go on the usual Sat. ride. Is there any chance we could do some x practice later on, in the early afternoon?

Sarah, what if we met at the Cafe the same time as the Saturday ride? That way we get the social coffee drinking part but then go off, do our cyclo-cross ride and come back to the cafe at around the same time as the club ride.

I'll be 'up for that' and also Delia... Meeting at the café sounds like a good plan to me!

Take it easy, Kevin - you've got the Perfs the following day!

I'll probably come as well. As I'm coming from Clapham it would make more sense for me to meet you there. Is there an easy place to meet up and what time do you reckon you'd be there?

Oh, but now there's a chance of fame on Cycling TV if I go on the Saturday ride... what a dilemma...

Not sure what time we'll be there, it's a big park so chances are we'll miss you. Why don't you just come to the cafe?

Sarah... fame is temporary, x training goes on forever (or maybe it just feels like it does?)

Doubt I'll make it. Perfs on Sunday and there is no such thing as an easy cross ride.
