Please put me down for the ride and lunch as well. I think I'll probably be with the intermediate group. Katie

That's a good question Alice. I followed Heather as I presumed she'd know and well I normally match her pace - or there abouts. Be good to know!

Unfortunately I am not going to be able to join you all as I have to be somewhere else for lunch. I still fancy doing the Rapha 100 though so if there's anyone else who also needs to be back earlier and wants to go for an early morning 100k let me know!

Hi all,
I have been editing the list above but in case people are not looking at that here is the last as it stands at the moment.. in terms of speed I had been thinking the quicker group would take about 4.5hours and the slower group 5-5.5hrs but this will depend on the route which I have yet to plot...! If you ride on the Saturday club ride in the steady group or a slower intermediate that will probably be one group and if you are a speed demon (who know who you are) then you will be in the quicker group! Of course as this is a social ride if you want to ride slower then you can do :-)
The list as it stands:
Libby Charlie (Fast) Joanne Sara Alice Sarah Heather (Fast) Heidi Louisa (Steady) Steph (Intermediate) Phillippa (Steady / intermediate) Hazel (steady/intermediate) Katie (intermediate) Selene Ellie (fast) May Clair (Fast) Alice Martina (steady) Sophie (intermediate)
Also if you want to just come to the pub please do :-)

Yup, like Nicky, sorry to miss this. I'll be on the Etape too along with a few other Paragonettes. We'll just have to have some kind of excellent French lunch to console ourselves...

I'll confused! Are we doing our own thing or joining the Rapha South ride? I'm hoping the former - as I've not subscribed to a fast/medium/slow on their site... But worried it's the latter as I thought the paragon social rides were usually all together at steady pace?

We are organising a 100km ride that we can do together as a club. So those taking part can register that they are taking part in a 100km ride on this day to support the Rapha 100initiative. We are not doing the one organised from the Rapha shop. Does this help clarify? Charly
