Athlete Lab has offered us the possibility of reduced cost winter training at Cannon Street. It is a great location for those DP'ers working in the city who might want to train with power (and big video screens of races) throughout the winter. They provide loads of data, inclusive training and good facilities. More details about the set-up are here: athlete-lab.co.uk/They are offering club sessions for us if we wish, at half price of their pay as you go rates. I would suggest giving it a try without commitment if you are interested and it suits you geographically; I know a few others have been using it so they may want to add feedback. The link for booking on free sessions is hereI am not going to attempt to organise any discounted group sessions at this point but if there is any interest they will do so at half their advertised rates. (See below) "Our Winter Training Programme (for Dulwich Paragon) would include a weekly or monthly private club training sessions for only £15/ rider and £20/ rider for Functional Threshold Power tests- a 50% saving on our standard rates. We can tailor the session to your squads focus ( ironman/ hills/ normal base training etc) and can help them to learn about training with power through our Function Threshold Power tests. Each session is coached by one of our BTF or British Cycling coaches but we are equally happy to work in collaboration with your Club's cycling coaches."The contact there is Stefanie Mills stefanie@athlete-lab.com t 0207 2836236 Cheers Andy
