Jack's Tuesday 7am sessions at this time of year focus on anaerobic endurance. Perfect for road races: surges on hills, creating breaks, bridging across and riding in a cross wind.

Jack's a reasonably young but very knowledgeable coach and sports scientist. I always learn a lot from his sessions.
