Round up of this weeks fun and games:
Thursday evening - Off Road intervals onStreatham Common Crystal Palace Park- meet tba approx 7 pm, finishes with a technical lecture around 9 pm.
Saturday Morning - Scouting ride to Beckenham Place Park and our new playground - Bethlem Hospital- meet the velodrome at 9 am, we'll be back at Cafe Paradou by 1pm.
Sunday - London League racing at Frylands Scout Camp - this is likely to attract full fields, enter on line at Rider Hq before midday Friday.

As always, these sessions, rides and races cater for all regardless of age, gender, fitness or skill level all you need to participate in any of the above activities is a bike with knobbly tyres and a sense of the ridiculous.
