Plan for this week :
Wednesday - I'm doing shouting at Herne Hill so its a road bike track session (with the upside of no bike washing),
Thursday - Intervals at Norwood Country Park - meet at the Tram Station 7.15,
Saturday - Longer all day CX ride, leave the Velodrome at 9 and head out towards Surrey Hills off road, nutritional lecture in the Pig and Stickett and either ride back or catch a train in.
Sunday - no races.....at leisure
As with all CX sessions, everyone is welcome regardless of gender, age, fitness or ability, however it should be noted that the Saturday ride will be 70 to 80 km taken at a reasonable pace.
