This is a klaxon call to other SRAM eTap users who might have had similar problems.
On a ride earlier this week, I discovered that I could shift the front derailleur but not the rear. This was annoying as I was at the bottom of the long, steep hill I live at the top of, and stuck on a 16-tooth sprocket. I chalked it up as leg-strength training and recharged the battery when I got in.
But today I had the same problem. Fully-charged battery, but the rear derailleur won't shift, It's dead, nothing happens.
Has anyone else had this problem, and more importantly does anyone know how to fix it? Like many people, I am counting on my bike to keep me sane but I do not live in the right terrain for a fixie...
Any thoughts / advice welcomed!

Maybe the battery in the shifter is flat not the derailleur?
