I’m refurbing a neighbour’s bike and unfortunately have to replace the rear wheel, as the cassette / freehub bolt is fully seized in, and besides, the braking surface is totally gone.
Does anyone have a spare set of wheels that are dished for 7-8 speed that they’re willing to sell or give away?
I’m doing the work and providing the parts gratis as he’s not been so lucky in the pandemic, but happy to pay something if they’re in good condition.
Cheers.

Hi Will,
I have a set of wheels that came with an Hybrid bike, the rims are 27mm wide so I guess they would be fine for a normal bike. I think that the freehub is for 9s, I do not know if it would work with a 7-8s cassette? If so they are yours.
Regards,

Hi Roberto, I believe this would work with a spacer but a bit concerned about the rim width as this is an old 2010 road bike running 25mms at the mo. Any chance you can send a picture? Thanks very much for offering to help!

I can take pictures, but ATM I have hybrid bike tyres on them, do you want me to take the pictures as they are? Or do you want me to take the tyres off? To be honest I do not think you will be able to judge by the pictures...but happy to take them
