I've just had my arthritic old left knee replaced - and I'm recovering well. Naturally I'm very keen to get out on the bike again, and I'm using the turbo daily. But... on 172.5 cranks the angle at the top of the pedal stroke is too acute for me at the moment. So I'm after the shortest crank I can lay my hands on.
Campag (UT) or Shimano (any groupset) will do (I have bikes equipped with both) Any condition. Buy, rent, borrow... whatever. Can anyone help...? 165mm or below.

David,
Did you get something sorted?
If not I’ve found my shimano 165mm Lh crank.
I can sent it to you if you’re still in need?
Andy

Thanks, Andy - kind of you to offer. I now have a 160 and a 165 so I can start short and gradually get longer again!

Being of little leg myself, I have a few short Campy cranks, but looks like you is sorted.
Glad to see you are all fixed. Did you get the power assist knee? 😀 Hope to join you on Spanish tarmac one day soon again. M

Power-assist, certainly. 12 speed, too. Thanks for the offer but I'm sorted for now. Using a 160, and planning to increase to 165 as flexion improves. And def up for another dose of Dave Emery's hospitality in Spain (but won't be relying on you for flight times home... ) It was a great few days at Escapar.cc
