Looking for a reliable building surveyor

My daughter is about to buy a flat in Crystal Palace, so could anyone recommend a reliable surveyor, who hopefully offers a personal service?

Also any recommendations for a conveyancing solicitor would be welcome. Thank you.

Hi Adrian, I moved house at the end of 2019 and used Thackray Williams (not cheap but responsive and more or less stress free) for the conveyancing and James Hayes of Cooper Hayes for the survey and they were both excelent. Let me know if you want contact details.

I used Amphlett Lissimore for conveyancing and they seemed alright. (Based on CP triangle)
