Hi all.
I've not been around the club for many years and lockdown hasn't helped with getting to know more fellow club members but some of you I've been lucky to do a few rides with and the few I've spoken to about this are really keen on it, so here goes...
After many many years of struggling to find a good physio and massage therapist to deal with my knee injuries (torn ACL 2x), runners knee, ankle injuries, shoulder injury and lower back injury, I decided to learn it myself.
I'm now a Level 3 sports & soft tissue therapist, starting my Level 4 this coming week (which is more injury focused therapy).
I was back home in Iceland this summer and well into the autumn for a few months, only because I was so busy dealing with cyclist, crossfitters, Olympic weight lifters and ultra off-road marathon runners, where they all saw great results work with me.(all are fuming that I'm not there at the moment)
Now I'm back in London, working on securing a location to work at (may end up at Cadence in Crystal Palace) and I wanted to see if any of my fellow cycling club members would be interested in my services?
I was thinking of offering a 50% discount of the first session to club members (£35 instead of £70) this is about 60-75min on the bench and then going forward I'll be offering people to buy 5x sessions but pay for 4x.
This isn't some spa therapy, it will be uncomfortable, but you will fell better afterwards I'm 100% on that.
Most of my past clients have seen great results mainly between session 3 & 4.
So if you're dealing with knee pain, lower back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain or headaches then I'm very confident I can help and get you fully up & running in only a handful of sessions, as I work to see results.
Please, let me know if anyone would be interested either by replying to this post or by email runarpeters(at)gmail.com
Cheers
Runar P.
