Having a look through the club's historical archives (a rather grand name for a bulging cardboard folder of ephemera) I came across this "souvenir result card" of the 25TT the club ran on Tuesday June 2 1953, to commemorate the coronation of the new queen. No clue about which course it was held on, sadly, but I did enjoy the rather niche category of "fastest handicap for rider who has not competed since 1949" - it was won by Fred Morley, and I've the feeling he was the only contender...
