22nd is best for me but I might be able to manage a couple of hours this Saturday.

Looks like Saturday 22nd is a definite, so get that in your diaries. I'll probably only be allowed along for a couple of hours that morning as it's my b-day and my girlfriend has plans. Sat 22nd we can start when we like as HH Youth have the week off.
This weekend, we're still in negotiations but I'll get back to you all.
Thanks for the offers so far though - if anyone else wants to get involved, don't be shy!

Having had email contact with Bill Wright at HH, it seems Saturday 22nd is the only option for us to help out before the first of the evening races.
So who's available?
I propose meeting at HH at around 9am and doing our thing while the track training is going on. Unfortuantely I'm going to have to leave at around 11 for reasons explained above, but if a few of us are there, it should be fairly self explanatory.
For anyone who's forgotten, this is the sort of carnage you can create with a couple of hours work

love the vid, especially the last rider - seems in slow-mo who is the dulwich chap pushing his bike past him having a wee chortle to himself?

And not just any young lady, that's Rosara Joseph who came 9th in the Womens XC Mtb in the Beijing Olympics. Quite a talent.

Sorry, I'm double booked that day - I'm racing at Hog Hill. I hope to help out at future events.

I'd love to help but will be doing Revolutions that weekend. I'll dig the sand pit some other time.

Do we need to 'tool up' - in a gardening sense, rather than a Millwall supporter's sense.

Tools - don't think so, unless you have a favourite hoe (for instance) you want to bring with you
Apparently there isn't as much to do as first thought, so a couple of hours solid work should see us done, assuming a reasonable turnout
