Well done to Andy today. The first podium in the seniors for Dulwich this year. Phil, where were you to get the photo of him on the podium? In the Dog I bet! The massive field of Dulwich in the race today was pretty impressive given the freezing conditions, did anyone not come of their bike today? I went straight home after the finish to see Burnley lose yet another away game - it's not looking so good for Premiership survival. I also didn't realise that Andy was still 3rd, as he looked pretty p#ssed off when he came past me towards the end of the race.

I was in a mood as i'd just changed wheels having killed a tub, and was still getting up to speed - didn't want a shot going so slow!

Hey Adam, kind of recognised your face but couldn't name to it.
Andy, I think that you got off quite lightly with a punctured tub. I've just had to buy a replacement sti lever for £60. (luckily chainreaction are selling them individually so I didn't have to buy a pair).

Well done Andy... and Kevin.
A brutal race: I've never had so many falls. I came about 38th despite the results showing otherwise.
Bike OK but body beginning to ache!

I think you're all bonkers but well done everyone. There are loads of images including Phil's on LCS with Andy and Kevin looking especially photogenic - sometimes in the same pic.

Yep, pretty sure they messed up my result again. I'm convinced I was last.
Still plucking thorns from my buttocks, despite Karen's best efforts with the tweezers.
That's bike skating for you...

Richie, you were way off being the first rider that I lapped so you certainly weren't last. Some I lapped twice, you I only saw once. Paul Wright took a load of photos, find them here: www.pjwphotos.co.uk/WebSite/201209/index.html

Dare I say G's style actually looks quite camp - but then it is the panto season....... Kevin shows how it should be done - he'd probably have made it if he wasn't baulked by back markers

You can't teach moves like that. I guess I'm just a natural. I'll be demonstrating the penguin prance at a venue near you soon.

Gareth, when are you going to debut the two-footed 'prance'?!

It was fun at Herne Hill. If you managed to stay upright you were guaranteed a decent result it seemed. On the downside, Herne Hill claimed another tub. That's 2 from 2 this season I'd like to take issue with that remark. I didn't fall off once & I was pretty much last! Must admit I never appreciated the degree your race is over on the start line if you start at the back, particularly at that event where overtaking was a nightmare (when you're as crap as me technically) . I assumed I wouldn't be gridded as not ridden in ages, & assumed it would be a small field coz of the weather. But I was wrong on both counts & never heard my name called coz I was so far back. If there is 1 criticism I had of the event it's that the start was too close to the exit of the track, so there was no chance to get past people before the gridlock on the 1st lap. But TBH I was amazed the event was even on, Ben & co had to put a hell of a lot of work in on the morning to get it safe(ish) so I'm certainly not gonna grumble about the start, my own fault for not being prepared properly. We're gonna change the course completely for the next one so hopefully it won't feel like repeating the same event again in such a short space of time
