Whilst preparing the garden for juniors 9th shindig on Saturday I was joined by legendary Grandfather and gardening expert Jack LeRoi. As we cleared a section of ball puncturing brambles he commented on a herb in abundance and regaled the story of how, many years ago, he took a bath with a clump of it. The effects were he said 'instant'. Clear head, alert, feelings of well being, reduced heart rate and brimming with energy. Such was the stimulus that he didn't sleep for 72 hours until the doctor was called and prescribed medication.
Not being one to miss a trick I prepared two large mugs before heading off to Sundays LVRC race at Hog Hill. Forgoing the coffee and caffeine energy gels I felt strangely calm yet energised on the grid. One test is not enough to base any kind of regime change on so I will therefore be drinking the green brew before tomorrows Palace in a live experiment where success will be achieved If I survive for more than 6 laps.

I'm convinced it's all down to a mistranslation from something prescribed by a dodgy Spanish doctor and he's actually been at the mule bars!
