Creating this as a thread has been created in a thread in Becca's Etape Training.
A few of us are planning a gentle roll out to Brastead ish area to get some hill rep training in this Friday.
As there are a few different pace levels going out, it will be a gentle roll out and a gentle roll back. No one getting dropped...certainly when on the way back when there may be a hot cross bun on the line in Cadence!!
What happens on the hills stays on the hills, tempo...tear up....whatever you fancy. But a hour or so of up and down fun.
CSG for a reasonable 8.45am, 9am roll out.

Tomorrow is looking to be a Bobby Dazzler of a day. Actual sun shine. No wind and no rain. Unlike the rest of the weekend.
