I'm not going to be able to make it on Sunday (all day gig on Saturday) but very much interested in a future date.
Have fun,
Ian

Sorry, I can't make it this Sunday and am away for the next three but keen for any potential future dates especially before Spain

I will keep my earlier tally up to date as people reply.
As for the GPX, I am still something of a Luddite and don't have a Garmin or equivalent that can read route maps. I was therefore going to rely on Martin's originally-posted route directions, though at the same time hope that someone turns up with Martin's GPX file pre-loaded as well...

Worth printing out the route beforehand & working out the order of summit traverses, as it confuses the hell out of a Garmin. Ascents 1, 3, 6, 8 are from the south & are arguably the harder ones, with the remainder coming from the gentler northern approach. The Abinger Hatch is good for a post ride recovery beverage as you contemplate whether you should ride back over Whitedown or head back on the train. Good luck.

Having checked the weather following Paul's message, it does look as if Sunday could be biblical... Attachment Deleted

I like your style Kathryn! In any event, weather has changed (not that I'm obsessively checking or anything): hopefully that rain shower will be hitting mid/late afternoon now; temperature at 9am should be 4/5degC. Probably best to bring a pack-a-mac just in case...

I'm planning on joining too. I haven't seen the route and was wondering what time will the ride finish roughly? Thanks. Javi.
