Youth MTB rankings are making interesting reading at the moment, Titouan after a pretty smart start to the season is ahead of Ben Tulett by a whisker……..
Shed loads of very creditable results from the MTB scene, Titouan 9th in the Nationals, 1st in the last Gorrick, Ed 3rd in the 1st round of Beastway, Stan rode a tough race with elan and flair.
It’s not all been mud - there has been a wee bit of tarmac involved, those who missed Dave’s various homages to Roubaix and Flanders were left out of some truly epic and extraordinary routes. Much to Joel’s dismay, I’m pretty sure we will be revisiting some of these in the summer.
It’s been great to see a fair bunch of you ripping older legs apart on the Wednesday Chain Gangs, fast and furious by all reports, great to see Billy Beswick again.
Clifford - good luck for tomorrow at Non Hoggenberg and do get some points.
Saturday 16th April - Junior Road Rides
There is no youth ride tomorrow - see details of MTB trip Swingley on Sunday
Juniors - Dave has promised a long steady traditional road ride tomorrow, traditional in the the sense of staying on the tarmac. Meet at the Velodrome at 9.30 and prepared to return to Cafe Paradou by about 2 pm.
Please note that there is will no Saturday ride next week (23th April) - we will be supporting you in the Hackney Primavera race at Stratford.
