Can't make it now, which is a shame. Joe, if you have Apple TV, you might well be able to stream it. Martin or anyone else got a spare ticket I could have if you're not going? I've managed to persuade Nick to join me....maybe he's looking for Christmas present ideas! Could you email it to me?

It's not so much the processing of the laptop itself but the graphics card. So if your computer is basically a business-oriented spec then it may struggle, although anything reasonably modern (2/3 years) should be able to cope with at least the standard definition. My old MacBook used to be OK just for me but when there were a lot of riders it got pretty jumpy, and I upgraded to a Dell XPS. Recommended specs are: OS Windows 7 64bit or higher, or macOS 10.8 or higher PROCESSOR Dual Core IntelĀ® Core i5 or AMD MEMORY 8GB GRAPHICS 2GB Radeon R9 200 series, or NVIDIA GTX 650 HARD DISK 4GB of free space There's a full specs description on the Zwift main website with the low and high end as well. zwift.com/get-started@joefisher Fans are essential ! Getting from PC to TV - depending on the distance could you run an HDMI cable? There must be some wireless way of sending the signal from the PC to a receiver on the TV but I haven't looked into that. Hahaha I realised how essential a fan was the first time I jumped on a turbo a few years back, needless to say I bought one almost immediately afterwards and have just dusted it for use on the turbo. I think I'm asking the ridiculous here. I also realise I'd need a hugely long cable to run the ant+ sensor from pc, all the way down my hallway to living room. That's not going to happen and will be ridiculous every time I use it, unless I can just control it through my phone. I have a Kickr so I think that might be possible?... Anyway - see some of you later..!

Hi Kathryn, The Canyon/SRAM women's team had a competition this year to find the next rider to join the team but the key thing was they published a 3 month training plan (9 sessions per month) to follow on Zwift called 'Zwift Academy'. This plan was great for me - it helped improve my ftp by about 18pts (over the first 15 sessions). When the rider competition finished, there was so much call for them to leave this training programme up on Zwift, they have done. Zwift has other training programmes but the sessions in this programme appeared more interesting. It's been great - as a piece of free training - and I'd highly recommend it!

It would also be great to have Dulwich kit available on Zwift.
Quite a few clubs have it... even (quelle horreur) London Dynamo.
