1st race of the season - at Jubilee Park - which is at the north end of the Olympic Park in Stratford (or what it's now know as now) so allow a little more time than you think necessary.
It's a flat park with a few lumps, bumps and some stairs- so plenty of potential to put on a decent course. Starts at 7.15 - pre entry available although I suspect EOL will be the norm.

I'm in, anyone riding over from Dulwich area? I'm hoping to make it but will go straight from Holborn. Looks like easiest route is to go through the Olympic Park.

James, I will be leaving SE20 at 5pm riding up the waterway link to Greenwich foot tunnel then to Limehouse Cut. Obligatory beers on the way back too??

well that was much harder than I remember. great evening of cx riding and good to get in a couple of recovery drinks too. Apologies for the snap venue change.
To avoid confusion, I am happy to recommend The White Bear for post Frylands Woods team debrief, followed by a ride back through log hoppers.

White Bear lovely place on the top of the hill - Frylands at the bottom of the hill and you would have spent the last hour climbing that bloody hill several times......

its still dry in Croydon, but I would recommend some intermediate tyres. Frylands is terrible in the mud (not 'Herne Hill' terrible...) and there is still a chance of a heavy downpour. Speaking of downpours, the White Bear offers a marvellous range of ales. Charliecod, perhaps we could ask the comms to extend the last lap so that it finishes in the beer garden.

The tyres will be whatever is on the loan bike I'm using tonight. But I'm looking forward to the conversation about pressures at 6:45. its still dry in Croydon, but I would recommend some intermediate tyres.
