From everyone's favourite North London hipsters, get your tats and beards at the ready...

ThunderCross is back for its second year at Canada Heights Motocross track in Swanley, Kent.
We'll be mapping out a course over the changing terrain of the motocross circuit and surrounding land. Expect gravel, dirt, tarmac grass and tunnels (plus maybe a bit of mud).
The day kicks off with the Open race where anything goes, so bring your track bike, your folding bike, your tandem or anything else you wouldn't normally be able to race on a cross course. We'll create categories and have prizes for as many different bike types as we can. Oh, and don't forget to dress unsuitably for good measure.
Then it's time for the main course. The Men's and Women's Cross races were hotly contested last year with some quality riders in the fields. It's the perfect race to close out your Cross season with or to prep for the SSCX European Championships.
Getting There:
You can find Canada Heights on Button Street in Swanley, just off the A20 between Farningham and Swanley. The postcode BR8 8DX gets most Sat Navs to the right entrance to the venue.
There are also trains running regularly from London Victoria or Waterloo to Swanley Station.
Men's Cross:
£20 online entry (£25 entry on the day)
CX bikes only (no MTBs)
40 minutes plus 3 laps.
First lap prime and podium prizes
Competitors must be aged 18 or over on the day of the race
Women's Cross:
£20 online entry (£25 entry on the day)
CX bikes only (no MTBs)
40 minutes plus 2 laps.
First lap prime and podium prizes
Competitors must be aged 18 or over on the day of the race
Open Race:
£15 online entry (£20 entry on the day)
Anything goes. Tracklocross, MTB, 29er, Folding bike, tandem, penny farthing? Surprise us, the crazier the better.
Mixed men's and women's race
20 minutes plus 2 laps.
Prizes for categories including best dressed, first track bike, first folding bike etc.
Competitors must be aged 18 or over on the day of the race
