Cycling routes wanted for the Peak District

I’m going to stay with friends in Ashbourne (south of the Peak District) the first May bank holiday and would like to do two rides (80-110km). Has anyone got any suitable routes for the area? We’ll have a car and will be spending some time at a farm in Alstonefield lambing (when not cycling).

ill dig some gpx out, but lots of great riding and stops including ..

bakewell, winking man, buxton, flash, cat and fiddle, tittesworth, mow cop, matlock, edale, dovedale etc
