A large turnout tonight, and not as much confusion as last week. I had a harder time, although the speed wasn't particularly high. My Power-to-HR drift was down to 2% (-5% is the all-out limit). No calf cramps tonight, something must be working better.

"the speed wasn't particularly high" I know I'd been eating donuts all day but the speed seemed pretty mental at times if you were trying to go through & do turns. Quite a few riders hammered through & opened a gap, then wouldn't be seen again for 10mins or so til they hammered through again. Totally nuts at times, wasn't really a chaingang, people sitting in for the farnborough sprint rather than coming through & keeping the paceline going well, but at the end of the day it was a brilliant workout & I burnt off the donuts, & wouldn't be right if I wasn't moaning about the chaingang.

Still feeling that one. Cat 4 racing is a relative breeze in comparison!
