If the race finishes in Glasgow, does that mean there will be no Bob Chicken Grand Prix in central London this year?

Prologue schmologue.
I want Boonen screaming 'STAY RIGHT!' as he steams through the 3's and 4's on a Tuesday night. If last night was anything to go by they'd overlook the regulars getting lapped 8 times and give the win to Bryan. I see myself standing over the officials at the end: "All I'm saying is, I was in front of Nick Nuyens and he didn't shout his number out".

Quote from LCS:
A full day’s cycle racing will start at 10.30am on Sunday and promises an entertaining day for everyone. The programme will include the TfL Grand Prix for amateur riders, Women’s Grand Prix and Junior race. The afternoon will see 96 of the World’s best professionals compete in the first ever Prologue time trial for the Tour of Britain.
So there will be a race for us 'amateurs'!

And when exactly will they be doing the resurfacing or will it be a knobbly tyre event?
