The HH track is now open on Tuesday's for road bike training (£4 I think).
In anticipation of the Weds chaingang being a bit soggy tomorrow, I'm planning to down to the track tonight and do some laps, speed work etc.
If anyone else fancies doing some group cycling, feel free to join me.

Yes, but Crystal Palace park is also open this evening for speed work and group riding.
It's a little more expensive at £10, but there's always a chance you'll get your money back after riding, oh I don't know, say 30 laps.

Very true David ... unfortunately after 200kms on the weekend I'm not sure CP would be a wise move for me tonight :/

I went on Tuesday but got off after 10mins as there were about 20 youngsters on there.
I went instead to do CP hill reps before remembering that the CP race was on and went to support the Dulwich riders.
Sarah, what sort of time did the younger riders finish?
I used it a fair bit last year for TT practice and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I got down there probably about 7.15pm and the kids were in the grass area of the track, practicing mounting the bike on the move, running etc (I think they are the youth CP tri group).
There ended up being 15ish roadies doing through and off ...

I quite fancy doing a session on a Tuesday - just regular road bikes, with q/r skewers and all, right...?

Are riders allowed to just roll around, or do we have to jump through hoops ? Thinking of T.T practice in relative safety.
