Dates are booked, contacts are being assembled, press release being prepared. A very productive meeting on Monday night to start to give the series seme shape.
16 evenings' racing are planned, 7th May through until 20th Aug. But, that is all dependent on all the local clubs supporting us. To cover the marshalling for all 16 would lead to volunteer meltdown in the Dulwich!
As an incentive, we plan two changes: members of supporting clubs will have priority entry; prizes will be based on points throught the season and again shared amongs supporting club members only.
More, much more, to follow...

I am with La Fuga/igma cc these days but we aren't Surrey League licensed. There are a few of us so if you need a few Marshals here and there to help with the events; please get in touch:

Do you still need a race license for these events if they are Cat5?

Yes, Carluccio - and they're for E / 1 / 2 / 3 & 4 cats. Um. I don't think we do Cat 5 in the UK...

Carluccio, you can race on a silver or gold BC membership but you'll need to pay an extra tenner on the day of the race to cover your race insurance. Also if you feature in the top 10, you won't get any points.

Between 6 and 6:30 pm should be plenty. The first race is scheduled to start at 6:45pm at which point all marshals will have to be in place. Before 6 and you are kicking your heels; after 6:30 and you are stressing the lead marshal...
Will be working lots on CP over the weekend and will post up more, including links to enter. Programme is fully supported now save for the penultimate date, so I shall be placing some pressure on one or two clubs that are a bit shy incomiing forward.
