What software do people use/recommend?
I've always logged stuff in Garmin Connect and sporadically Strava. Since getting a power meter been getting a bit more into looking at the numbers, is training peaks worth it? Been having a play with the free version, tried Golden Cheetah and it almost drove me insane

There's a new version of WKO coming out soon, if you're going to splash out then wait for the new version.
Golden Cheetah is pretty good once you get used to it. There are some good video tutorials out there. It's worth learning one or the other.

Can I restart the discussion on this one - just got a stages PM, is it worth paying for Training Peaks or WKO + or both, or is golden cheetah and strava sufficient? Just downloaded Golden Cheetah last night but haven't yet used it properly. I know there's lots of people in the club that will have opinions/ experiences.

I use RaceDay Apollo (http://physfarm.com/new/?page_id=866) at home, and TrainingPeaks via my coach. I find the latter a bit clunky, albeit encyclopedic in the stats and analyses it offers. The former is much easier to use on a day-to-day basis.
