We went to watch the Tour de Romandie today. It was a mountain stage finish at Leysin in Switzerland. It's getting the old taste buds going for the Giro and Tour. We've another stage to watch tomorrow. Here's a link to my photos of the finish if anyones interested, more to come tomorrow: www.flickr.com/photos/kevinknox/sets/72057594119528282/

No we missed Ullrich, he came in pretty late (in 125th place on the overall classification) by which time we'd gone to the podium. I'll try and get some shots of him on today's stage though. I mistakenly thought the German Bernard Kohl was Ullrich at first so took loads of shots of him! I'll try and get some of Hammond too.

Today was superb in Sion, sunny, hot, and three hilly circuits each coming back to Sion with a few a sprints thrown in. I managed to get some close ups of Ullrich and our man Roger Hammond. Neither of whom were in competition for anything much but it was good to see them. Valverde won the stage today after a slow start, Contador hung onto the yellow jersey. We're off to Lausanne tomorrow for the final time trial stage. I'm lovin' it! Click on the link for photos. www.flickr.com/photos/kevinknox/sets/72057594120328657/
