Any more takers for a pukka weekend of true Paragon MTB riding in Wales on this weekend? Plan is to drive up and stay in the Roberts-Price boarding house which is I'm assured well close to the mountains. Longer standing members will not need any introduction to Richie and Karen, stalwarts of the club for many year prior to them running for the hills, both keen off roaders they have promised to guide/advise us some of the better MTB routes in Wales. As Karen simple puts it, 'It would be lovely see DPers. We'll show you some proper mountains We'd like to show you some proper mud as well but of course the trails will be dry and dusty in July. We're slap bang in the middle of North Wales trail centre heaven and no more than a 40 minute drive from Coed y Brenin (my favourite), Llandegla, Marin, Penmachno, Revolution bikepark, Antur Stiniog. There's also lots and lots of lovely natural stuff including the Wayfarer across the Berwyn mountains. Great on a cross bike, just ask Richard. There's more information on our website www.tybeic.com including Richard's ramblings about cross, bogs and grog across the Berwyn. Let me know if you are interested - we need to confirm numbers by the end of the month. Charlie

Yes please, love riding in Wales.
What's the plan, go up Friday and ride Sat and Sun? Also any idea of price?
I'll bring the butch mountain bike but I'll ask this for others considering, is any of it suitable for cross bikes?

That's the sort of plan, suspect we'll be nobbled £35/40 per night plus food and energy drinks.

Evening all Paragoners. We're looking forward to seeing a small number of you next month and to get you in the mood, here's a little video of what we've been up to recently. We're building a bike track in our field. It is STEEP so the climb is *challenging* and the descent is over too quickly. Richard has blisters from too much digging and my sides hurt from laughing at the stupid dog.
