I'll be leading an easy paced off road ride with a bit bee keeping/playing in the woods thrown in.

Meet at the velodrome at 9am - we will be back at Paradou by 12.30. (in good time to prepare for DJB Hill Climb onsaught starting at 2)

Ride suitable for all abilities, age and gender - CX or MTB's
