Don't forget it's cross at the velodrome this Thursday evening! Expect another fun course with ups, downs and all manner of corners crammed into the confines of the track and trails... and probably some post-race nutritional debreifing in one of the many local establishments. It's a great opportunity to give cross a go and you don't need a cross bike to compete, a mtb will do fine!
So whether you're planning to race or not, pop down and get heckling! And, if you're feeling inspired, we'll be running regular Saturday Cross rides over the coming weeks and months – open to all and an excellent place to start if you're new to the 'dirt side' of the club. So there's no excuse to not give cross a go! Keep an eye on the forum for further details.

Many thanks to @paulbowen for expertly and efficiently dispensing the Canopy beers in the HHV bar last night. What a treat to be able to finish the race, grab a hot dog from the HHYCC BBQ and then have a couple of pints in the stand.
