Swap Zimmer Frame (any condition) for smashed-up M.T.B helmet. Yes - Drains laugh, critics smile, but its no joke when homemade night-scything L.E.D lights switch off at 30 m.p.h down 200 ft descents amid trees. After 9 laps of Mountain Mayhem, unable to turn a crank(!) it was the Walk of Shame sans Helmet, lights dignity and luckily for you lot Dulwich Paragon shirt. I`ll never do this again : perhaps until next year. More on www.singletrackworld.co.uk when they themselves together. ;D

Crash. Ahh, that's what the 'c' stands for in 'howard c'.
Congratulations, you have now been awarded honorary titirub membership. Enjoy!

Does this `titirub` manifest itself in any sort of physical form ? because I have curiously sore nipples after the weekend exertions that could sure do with something . Meanwhile the pikkies are coming in which might tempt some of you to join me next year - it really is the dogs balaerics. gallery92713.fotopic.net/c1003039.htmland soon on the British Cycling site. gallery92713.fotopic.net/c1003039.html

Quote from an earlier Howard post - "I`ve done 2000 miles on knobblies so far, so if humiliation visits then its carp fishing " Decathlon do some very good carp fishing starter kits.
