I am looking to get a trainer but am a tad confused by the options out there. Budet of about 150 quid. To fit a road bike. Not sure if I should get one with some kind of switch control, or one that increases with cadence. I am looking for it to help with physio recovery to knee op. Any advice you may have would be greatly appreciated... Cheers Stuart

I've got a Tacx flow ergotrainer if you want to buy it. It's about a year old, not been used much at all. It's the computerized one that does heart rate(works with polar), cadence, power etc and different levels of resistance. I can't remember how much I paid for it but make me a reasonable offer and it's yours. If you are interested you can come and have a look at it first or even try it out.

Hi Kevin, not sure if Ronnie has already made you an offer. I am interested in it too. Drop me a mail at stuart.spalding@mac.com if its still for sale. (I dont seem to have the contact file to hand to give you a call). All the best - Stuart

Hi Stuart, no offer as yet from Ronnie. Email me from the link on the forum and we'll arrange something.
