I am hosting a night with the Cycling Weekly columnist, author and 56-times national time trial champion Michael Hutchinson at Clapham Library on May 3 and I wondered if your members may be interested? Early tickets are £10, regular tickets £12. It's a nice modern space and we will have a bar in there on the night (!)

Michael is a great speaker, sharing his huge experience and knowledge in a very approachable, often hilarious style. He has written books on the Hour Record (which he attempted twice himself), the science of going faster and the history of cycling and is also a regular commentator on TV.
I previously staged events with Emily Chappell and Carlton Kirby at the old Dynamo in Balham. The Library is a new venue for me and hopefully Dr Hutch will be the first in a run of cycling guests there.
