Notice of Annual General Meeting 2008.
In accordance with Bye-law 10.5 The Annual General Meeting of British Cycling South East Region will be held on Friday August 8th 2008 at Bletchingley Community Centre at 2000 hrs.
Any Nominations or Propositions for inclusion on the Agenda must be received by me by Friday 18th July 2008.
If you have any members who would like to sit on the Region Board or act as a National Councillor please send me a formal Proposal, or ask me what is involved. Our Region has the most members in England and is entitled to 9 or 10 National Councillors depending on membership in 2008.
If your club has not taken advantage of the Free BC Memberships currently on offer, may I remind you that in addition to the obvious Insurance benefits there is still plenty of Racing to be completed this year. Please encourage qualifying members of your club to join.
The Region has recently updated our Website

Where clubs have an Email address I will be sending the Agenda documents by email unless you let me know that you prefer Posted mail.
If you have not registered an email address you would make my life easier if you could give me an email address. My email address is :-

It’s not much fun stuffing 200 envelopes. I’d rather be riding my bike!
A Date for your diary. The General Meeting of the South East Region to consider the Agenda for the British Cycling National Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 7th November at Bletchingly Community Hall.
Yours sincerely
