A few members have been asking about winter circuit training. The VCL are running a class every Tuesday, and are happy for others to join them. They are from 7pm till 9pm at the Dulwich College sports hall, which is at the end of Pond Cottages, off College Road: www.streetmap.co.uk/newmap.srf?x=533363&y=173067&z=1&sv=533363You may have to copy and paste the link as the message board often splits long URLs (sorry).

Bob, do you know if it's free or do we have to pay?

I think you have to pay, but I don't think it's much.

Hi, Greame and I did the session on Tuesday. It's going to be every Tuesday and cost £5. Very 'old Skool' but effective. Shuttle runs, body resistance circuits and deep stretching. Increases in intensity through the winter, finishing before racing starts in spring.

De Laune have circuit training on a Wednesday night near Peckam Rye - think its only £3. There's a message on their message board about it - it might be open to anyone.
