One very real and very steel, jet black Birmingham Small Arms frame and fork with tasteful flat crown. Reynolds tubing perhaps as Raliegh took over production in the 50s. You could weld the cross bar and down tube side by side, or over and under, and make a useful shot gun out of it. Its a beast man!
Center BB to top of seat tube = 62cm Center seat tube to head tube = 55cm
A friend wants something modern and this aint that. He wants 50 squids for his BSA.
I've got a specialized allez frame 58cm that was too big for me. I've pretty much taken everything off it but the frame is yours for £50. It's alu not steel though. Let me know if you fancy it S
Hmm, two tempting offers but I think I'm going to have to pass. The Allez sounds like it might be a bit big and the BSA sounds like too nice a bike to try and convert. I wouldn't want to rust it away over the winter.
I may have the sniff of my nextdoor neighbours old 653 frame which has horizontal dropouts so that could be perfect! Now to get some bolt cutters for his shed lock.
