Hi all,
I'm getting some pain, discomfort and tingling down my left leg and lower back (left) during and after cycling. I know that if I go to my GP they'll say stop cycling.
Anyone know a cyclist friendly GP/ doctor, or have any other advice?
Thanks, Alex.

When I get a running/cycling injury then I usually go straight to the physio. I see Sarah Morton at SPARC - The Sport Performance Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre. She'll either give you exercises to do, prescribe a course of treatment or send you to a sports doctor. She specialises in sports injuries.
The location is shown on the website but is basically near Roehampton so not the easiest place to get to unless cycling.....I used to do a few laps around Richmond park before hand!

Thanks Jimmo,
What does it usually cost you?

I think it was about £30 a session

Hi just dropped in and you need the sports injuries clinic at Crystal Palace, nearly all of them are triathletes and understand bikies - also nearly all trained to a very high degree at the AIS-Australian Institute of Sport. They sorted my back out in two months after ten years of pain!
Best of luck

A bit more expensive, but I'd suggest Pete Simpson--an Osteopath that Phil Jones and I see based out of Brixton. Email me at t a t y r e e < a t > g m a i l d o t c o m if you want his details.
