Hi all I want to get some hi-viz glow-in-the-dark or flourscent cycling shirts for my dreary winter commute. How can I expect cars to hit me if they can't even see me? Looking forward to any suggestions Dave

I bought some of the iron on reflective stuff from Evans for use on my exceedingly dull rucksack. It worked really well and after about 1 hour the rucksack was transformed. Then I used the remaining bits to put strips and dots on my winter tights. After a year of wear and washing the iron on bits haven't loosened and are all as reflective as ever.
I think this is a better solution than buying new gear as most items don't have enough reflective area in my view. Exception is the Altura Night Vision jacket, which I think is good and got a top review in C+.
