Dear Club Secretary,
Prime Coaching are holding another WOMEN’S NOVICE ROAD coaching and training afternoon at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit, Hayes from 1.00 PM to 5 PM on Saturday 22nd November 2008.
The afternoon will include skill and fitness training sessions under the guidance of qualified coaches, plus short talks and practical sessions on Bike set-up and Position, “Get you home” Maintenance, Clothing, Shoes & Equipment, and Preparation for races and longer rides
The format will be flexible to suit the abilities and experience of riders
The cost is £12 for adults and £6 for youths (girls aged 12 years plus).
